  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Times

  • We ship from our European warehouse. Typical delivery times:

    • EU countries: 3–7 business days

    • Rest of the world: 7–14 business days

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal or customs delays.

Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location.

  • Orders over a certain amount may qualify for free shipping (if applicable).

Lost or Delayed Orders

↩️ Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of used or opened teeth-whitening products.

  • Unused, unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

  • Products must be in their original packaging, unopened, and unused.

  • You must contact us before sending a return.

How to Return

  1. Email us at info@glowlumy.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide you with return instructions and a return address.

  3. Ship the product back within 14 days of delivery.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us at info@glowlumy.com within 7 days of delivery if your item arrives damaged.
