At GlowLumy, we want you to love your smile. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


🛑 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used or opened teeth-whitening products.
Once the product seal is broken, it cannot be returned or refunded.


✅ Returns (Unused Items)

If you change your mind, you may return your order within 14 days of delivery, as long as it is:

  • Unused and unopened

  • In its original packaging

  • In resellable condition

How to start a return:

  1. Contact us at info@glowlumy.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Wait for return authorization and instructions before sending your item back.

  3. Ship your item to the address provided (customer pays return shipping).


💳 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method — GlowLumy is not responsible for returned items lost in transit.


♻️ Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged on arrival.
Please email info@glowlumy.com with photos of the damage within 7 days of delivery to arrange a replacement.


⚠️ Important Notes

  • Unauthorized returns or returned items not meeting our conditions may be rejected or sent back to you.

  • Refunds will not be issued for products returned used, opened, or missing parts.
